Each month we will add a new recipe of the month for you to try from starters, main courses and desserts. Plus we will also introduce new wines and cheeses for you to try.

Ogni mese si aggiunge una nuova ricetta del mese per voi per cercare di antipasti, primi piatti e dessert. Inoltre ci sarà anche introdurre nuovi vini e formaggi per provare.

Cheese Cake Base

80z of Cream Cheese

14ox.canof Condensed cmilk

1/3 cup of Lime juice

1 and a half teaspoon of vanilla extract

8 0z Freash cream, whipped

Lime slices

Mint fresh.

1. Whip the cheese.

2.Add the milk, lime juice and vanilla.

3.Pour into a baking pan. Chill for 2 hours.

4. Spread with whipped cream.

5.Decorate with lime slices and mint.
